MTAC, the Music Teachers' Association of California,
offers the Certificate of Merit, the state's largest and most prestigious music
program, with an average of 30,000 students statewide. I served as an evaluator
beginning in 1994. My students consistently earned branch honors and were
recommended to perform at the annual state convention.
